Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Be sure to check our promotions page for any special free shipping offers!
Do you sell fabric by the meter?
Yes! If you love one of our prints and want it by the meter, email us at info@banyanandbirch.com, and we’ll be happy to discuss your fabric needs.

Online Orders
How can i track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping, while expedited shipping can shorten the delivery time.
International shipping may take longer depending on customs and destination.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our website is updated regularly to reflect current stock levels. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it’s available again. Just click on the “Notify Me” button on the product page, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock!
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can only cancel your order before it’s shipped. Once it’s dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can check our return/exchange policy for options.
Can I modify my shipping address after my order has been placed?
You can modify your shipping address before the product has been shipped by sending us an email at info@banyanandbirch.com. However, this cannot be done once the product is shipped.

Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
At Banyan & Birch, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Please note, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How do I initiate a return?
To return an item, simply reach out to our customer support team via info@banyanandbirch.com or our contact form with your order details.
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the item is damaged or defective.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures that we can process your order promptly.
What if I received a damaged product?
We want to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase! If you received a damaged or defective product, email us at info@banyanandbirch.com with order details and image of damage within 48hrs of your delivery. We’ll inspect the issue and process a refund or, if possible, send a replacement.

I’ve sent my return. When will I get my refund?
If your return for refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less shipping charges incurred. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do the throw pillows come with fillers?
We believe in minimizing waste and making the most of what you already have, which is why we sell our pillow covers separately. This way, you can swap covers without piling up extra fillers.
If you need fillers separately, we don’t sell them yet, but standard sizes will fit perfectly!
What sizes do your products come in?
We offer a range of sizes for our products, such as standard and custom sizes for pillows, throws, and table linens. Check each product page for specific size details. If you have a special size request, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate.
How do I wash & care for my products?
